I recommend booking as early as possible, especially if you’re a bride or planning a multi-day event. Early reservations ensure availability and give us ample time to coordinate a flawless experience tailored to your needs. In the rare instances when I am unavailable, I work with a trusted team of skilled artists who uphold the same high standards and can step in to provide exceptional service.

We offer payment flexibility to our clients by accepting various methods such as cash, bank transfers and popular apps. To ensure commitment and smooth scheduling, a booking fee is required for all services. This fee secures your appointment and guarantees timely service.

Regarding cancellations and rescheduling, the booking fee is non-refundable whether you cancel or reschedule. Clients are allowed one reschedule using the original booking fee, but any subsequent rescheduling requires a new booking fee. Reschedules must be made at least three days in advance and cannot be postponed beyond three months.
